Our dispatch agents do everything they can to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. However, sometimes we may receive very large amount of orders, or drivers get stuck in heavy traffic – this unfortunately might cause delays.
If the amount of time you’ve waited has exceeded the estimated delivery time, do get in touch with us for quick resolutions.

While we strive to deliver your meals to you in minutes, after placing an order, a more precise delivery time will be communicated to you.

Please give us a call as soon as possible before our chefs start preparing your order.
If you would like to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please call our support team so that we can check if preparation has begun. If our Chefs have begun preparing the order, we will be unable to issue a full refund for the order. With regards to any refund of a payment you have made online, please contact us here.

We currently only accept payments online at The Yellow Plate Website or POS payments on order delivery.
